Small Town Monsters began as an independent film series exploring lost and bizarre history around the United States.
Focusing on small town folklore, our team tells stories through the words and experiences of those who were most affected by them - residents and witnesses.
Seth Breedlove started Small Town Monsters following the 2015 release of "Minerva Monster", which was the first film in the series, and explored strange occurrences in 1970's Minerva, OH. Several years later, Seth and the rest of the STM crew have released over twenty films, several investigative series, web series, podcasts, and has launched a membership platform with exclusive content.
In 2022 Small Town Monsters Publishing was also added, which publishes books on a variety of topic by various authors hand picked by STM.
In addition to all of this, Small Town Monsters also attends events throughout the year to screen their movies and talk about these strange tales.
